house 01/03/2025 - 119th Congress
We’re aiming to promote fiscal responsibility and accountability in Congress with the Budget Process Enhancement Act. Our legislation seeks to remove unnecessary budget inflations and ensure that members of Congress and key budget officials are financially motivated to promptly agree on and submit budgets by placing their salaries in escrow if deadlines are not met.
