Posts - Bill - HR 5108 Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act
house 09/03/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that States follow federal immigration laws by withholding certain federal grants from those that issue driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants and do not share information about criminal aliens with the federal government. Our goal is to strengthen cooperation between States and immigration enforcement agencies for public safety.
