house 10/24/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to enable the Secretary of Agriculture to quickly fund and oversee emergency watershed protection projects on National Forest lands after natural disasters. Our goal is to reduce soil erosion, prevent floods, and protect water resources and communities downstream. This legislation ensures faster response and support for local sponsors to maintain healthy forests and watersheds in times of crisis.
