house 01/31/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that only U.S. citizens are allowed to vote in elections and ballot initiatives in the District of Columbia by repealing the 2022 local law that permitted noncitizen voting. Our goal is to maintain voting rights exclusively for those with U.S. citizenship within D.C. elections.

Voting should be tied to citizenship, but let’s not ignore the stakes for those who call D.C. home.
