We're introducing the Taxpayer Data Protection Act to safeguard the integrity of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service's payment system within the Department of the Treasury. Our goal is to ensure only authorized individuals with appropriate security clearances can access or control this system, thereby protecting taxpayer information and increasing overall security.
