senate 01/29/2025 - 119th Congress
We aim to make charitable giving more accessible by allowing taxpayers who do not itemize their deductions to still benefit from a deduction for their contributions. This proposal seeks to modify and extend the tax code to foster generosity and support for charitable organizations, beginning in 2026 and 2027.
