Posts - Bill - HR 923 Stop Arming Cartels Act of 2025

house 02/04/2025 - 119th Congress

We are introducing the Stop Arming Cartels Act of 2025 to prohibit the importation, sale, manufacture, transfer, or possession of .50 caliber rifles. Our aim is to reduce the availability of these high-powered firearms that may end up enhancing the capabilities of dangerous criminal organizations, while still allowing exceptions for government use and responsibly owned rifles already in possession.
