house 03/14/2025 - 119th Congress
We're working to amend the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 to strengthen the confidentiality of personal financial records and ensure government access is consistent with Fourth Amendment rights. This legislation also seeks to prevent a central bank digital currency, reinforce personal freedom in using virtual currencies, and enhance oversight of federal rulemaking processes.
