We are working to ensure more equitable access to Medicare supplemental health insurance through the "Close the Medigap Act of 2025" by preventing discrimination based on health status, medical conditions, or age, while improving transparency and consumer options on the Medicare plan finder website. Our goal is to make coverage more accessible and understandable for all individuals enrolled in Medicare, starting January 2026, with fully phased-in improvements by 2031.
