Posts - Bill - HR 1588 Facilitating DIGITAL Applications Act
house 02/26/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that Congress receives clear information about any obstacles preventing the creation of online portals for submitting and processing Form 299, which is necessary for authorizing communications facilities on public and national forest lands. Our goal is to promote transparency and improve the efficiency of infrastructure deployment on these lands.
