We are working to ensure that veterans appealing supplemental claims have their cases fairly reviewed without being denied solely for lack of new evidence, while also clarifying the evidence rules for appeals sent back to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Our goal is to protect veterans' access to benefits and extend pension payment protections.
