Posts - Bill - S 1886 ANTE Act
senate 05/22/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to strengthen trade enforcement by authorizing the U.S. Trade Representative to investigate and stop companies that try to evade tariffs by shifting production to third countries. Our goal is to ensure that duties on goods from nonmarket economy countries are effectively applied and not bypassed.
