Posts - Bill - S 851 GUARD Act
senate 03/05/2025 - 119th Congress
We aim to amend the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act to ensure that states do not discriminate against parents or guardians who oppose certain medical or social changes related to a minor's gender identity when it doesn't align with their biological sex. Our goal is to protect parental rights and ensure that states which engage in such discrimination do not receive federal funding under this Act.
