We are working to establish a coordinated program that supports restoration and protection of the Connecticut River Watershed across five states, promoting healthy ecosystems, improved water quality, and community resilience. Through this legislation, we aim to provide grants and technical assistance to local, Tribal, and nonprofit partners to carry out projects that benefit fish, wildlife, and people, especially in underserved communities.
