We are working to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 through the "Leveling the Playing Field 2.0 Act" to better administer antidumping and countervailing duty laws. Our goal is to enhance the fairness and effectiveness of U.S. trade remedy laws in addressing both domestic industry injuries from unfair trade practices and trade facilitations issues.
