house 09/11/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that patients can access critical compounded medications during shortages by allowing licensed pharmacists and physicians to prepare and distribute these drugs quickly for urgent medical needs while maintaining safety and tracking standards. Our goal is to reduce delays in treatment caused by drug shortages and improve reporting to better manage future supply challenges.
