Posts - Bill - HR 1543 EQUITY Act

house 02/24/2025 - 119th Congress

We are working to ensure that every member of the Armed Forces is evaluated solely on their merit, fitness, and capability by introducing legislation that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, or sexual orientation. By amending existing laws, our goal is to create a more inclusive, equitable environment where all service members have the right to serve and advance their careers without facing prejudice.
