Posts - Bill - HR 2039 Protecting the Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act of 2025
house 03/11/2025 - 119th Congress
We're introducing a bill to ensure that gun control measures cannot be imposed through emergency or disaster declarations by the President or the Secretary of Health and Human Services, protecting constitutional rights during times of national concern. Our goal is to maintain a balance between public safety and individual freedoms by clarifying the limits of executive power in regard to the Second Amendment.
