We're aiming to establish the Congressional Fitness Challenge, a national program promoting physical fitness and personal achievement among youth through voluntary, performance-based tests. By setting benchmarks aligned with age and gender, we seek to motivate students aged 6 to 17 across the country to pursue healthier, more active lifestyles with recognition for their efforts.
