house 02/05/2025 - 119th Congress
We're introducing the Combating the Lies of Authoritarians in School Systems Act (CLASS Act) to prevent elementary and secondary schools from accepting funds or contracts from the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party. Our goal is to safeguard our educational institutions from foreign influence and promote transparency by mandating schools to disclose any significant financial engagements with foreign sources.
