senate 02/26/2025 - 119th Congress
We’re working to ensure families play an integral role in shaping their children's educational experiences by amending the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Our goal is to require schools to notify parents about their ability to include experts or individuals with special knowledge about their child in the individualized education program (IEP) team, fostering more personalized support and collaboration.
