senate 05/07/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that organizations receiving federal funds for adoption and foster care cannot delay or deny placements based on how parents address a child's biological sex or decisions about medical treatments related to that. Our goal is to promote timely placements while respecting parents' rights concerning their children's care.
