Posts - Bill - HR 25 FairTax Act of 2025

house 01/03/2025 - 119th Congress

We aim to enhance economic opportunity and fairness by implementing the FairTax Act of 2025, which seeks to eliminate the income tax and other federal taxes, dissolve the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and introduce a national sales tax managed primarily by the states. By shifting to this new tax system, we intend to simplify tax administration, encourage savings and investment, and improve economic growth and productivity in the United States.
