house 06/23/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that when veterans receive care covered by Medicare Advantage or prescription drug plans, those plans reimburse the Department of Veterans Affairs appropriately, and that third parties promptly pay their fair share for veterans’ non-service-connected health care. This will help protect VA resources and improve the sustainability of veterans' health care funding.
