Posts - Bill - HR 303 Retired Pay Restoration Act
house 01/09/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that retired members of the Armed Forces with service-connected disabilities receive both their military retired pay and veterans' disability compensation without offset. The proposed Retired Pay Restoration Act aims to remove financial inequities by granting more disabled retirees access to concurrent receipt benefits, acknowledging their service and sacrifice without further financial sacrifice.
