Posts - Bill - S 628 Alan T. Shao II Fentanyl Public Health Emergency and Overdose Prevention Act
senate 02/19/2025 - 119th Congress
We are proposing legislation to temporarily suspend the entry of individuals attempting to unlawfully cross into the U.S. from Canada or Mexico, as a measure to combat the fentanyl public health crisis. Our goal is to reduce the trafficking and spread of this deadly drug, which has been responsible for a significant number of overdose deaths.
