Posts - Bill - HR 4303 To establish a Special Envoy for Humanitarian Aid Workers, and for other purposes.
house 07/07/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to create a Special Envoy for Humanitarian Aid Workers who will investigate threats and attacks against aid workers, ensure better coordination of humanitarian efforts, and hold accountable those responsible for harming aid personnel. This legislation also sets conditions to restrict U.S. assistance to countries that unlawfully harm humanitarian workers, aiming to protect those delivering critical aid in conflict zones.
