house 01/15/2025 - 119th Congress
We are committed to preserving the current structure and functionality of the Department of Education to support student achievement and equal access to education. Our proposed legislation seeks to prohibit the use of funds for any reorganization that would decentralize or diminish the Department’s capabilities as established at the start of 2025.
