We are introducing the Red Light Act, aimed at withholding federal highway funds from states that issue driver's licenses or ID cards to individuals unlawfully present in the U.S. Our objective is to encourage states to comply with federal immigration policy by restricting state-level benefits to those not authorized to be in the country.
