house 09/11/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to protect the privacy of Medicaid recipients by preventing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services from sharing their health data with immigration enforcement agencies. Our goal is to ensure that personal medical information is not used for immigration law enforcement purposes.
