We are working to strengthen and support the nursing workforce by creating state and regional nursing workforce centers that collect data, conduct research, and develop programs to increase nurse recruitment, retention, and education across the country. Our goal is to ensure a stable and well-prepared nursing workforce to meet healthcare needs now and in the future.
