senate 02/27/2025 - 119th Congress
We are proposing the UNITED Act to allow the President to negotiate a comprehensive trade agreement with the United Kingdom, enhancing the economic ties between our two nations. This legislation aims to reduce trade barriers, foster mutually beneficial economic relationships, and create opportunities for U.S. businesses, workers, and consumers. Our goal is to build on existing frameworks, strengthening our economic competitiveness while respecting important agreements, such as the Good Friday Agreement.
