house 04/30/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that anyone facing removal from the U.S. who cannot afford a lawyer will have the right to government-funded legal counsel, providing fair and effective representation throughout their immigration proceedings. This legislation also proposes creating an independent Office of Immigration Representation to oversee quality legal services and support for these individuals.
