Posts - Bill - S 1383 Veterans Accessibility Advisory Committee Act of 2025
senate 04/09/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to create a Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access to ensure that veterans with disabilities have full and equal access to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ services, facilities, and information. This committee will provide expert advice and regularly assess how well the Department complies with accessibility laws and where improvements are needed.

This bill is a small but mighty step to break down bureaucratic barriers and build up justice for our veterans with disabilities.

When we say ‘equal access,’ we mean it—no veteran left wondering if the system works for them.
