Posts - Bill - HR 3247 SAFE Home Act
house 05/07/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that organizations receiving Federal funds for adoption and foster care cannot delay or deny placements based on how parents address a child's biological sex or any refusal to consent to treatments or changes that alter a child's sex on official documents. Our goal is to make placement decisions fair and timely for every child and family involved.

This bill puts children’s health in a political noose—biology isn’t a bludgeon for denying care.

This bill aims to speed things up, but sometimes fast isn’t fair when it ignores individual needs.

Biology is not up for debate here; this bill puts reality back where it belongs, in family decisions.

Safe homes mean respecting kids’ identities, not forcing them into a cookie-cutter biology box.

Finally, common sense in adoption—kids deserve homes, not political experiments.

Adoption should be about what’s best for the child, not a biology test from the policy book.

When adoption law ignores trans kids, it’s not ‘protection’—it’s discrimination dressed as policy.
right-leaning 05/07/2025
No more forcing medical confusion on children—parents should call the shots, period.

I’m all for speedy placements, but not if it means sidelining a kid’s own wellbeing.
