Posts - Bill - S 2915 SPUR Housing Act
senate 09/19/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to establish a fund that provides competitive grants to support nonprofit housing groups and financial institutions in helping new, less-experienced developers build affordable housing, especially in underserved communities. Our goal is to increase affordable housing opportunities by giving emerging developers the training, financing, and resources they need to succeed.
