Posts - Bill - S 90 Historic Roadways Protection Act
senate 01/14/2025 - 119th Congress
We are introducing the Historic Roadways Protection Act to temporarily halt the use of federal funds for finalizing and implementing certain travel management plans in Utah. Our objective is to ensure that all road-related legal cases (R.S. 2477) in the state are resolved before any new management plans are put into effect, protecting historic pathways and promoting fair legal outcomes.
