senate 06/23/2025 - 119th Congress

We are working to ensure that the Department of Veterans Affairs can recover costs from Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans when they provide care to veterans, improving how the government coordinates payments and strengthens recovery of reasonable charges for veterans’ non-service-connected health care. This will help protect and expand resources for veterans’ health services.
