Posts - Bill - S 401 Fair Access to Banking Act
senate 02/04/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working on introducing the "Fair Access to Banking Act" to ensure that financial service providers, including large banks and credit unions, cannot deny fair and equal access to financial services based on subjective or politically influenced reasons. Our goal with this legislation is to protect lawful businesses from being unjustly excluded from financial systems, thereby supporting a fair, secure, and robust national economy.
