house 01/09/2025 - 119th Congress
We are introducing the Justice for 9/11 Act to ensure that individuals involved in the September 11 terrorist attacks, currently detained at Guantanamo Bay, face trial without plea agreements that would prevent prosecution under certain laws. This legislation also makes the death penalty an available sentence and mandates that these individuals be held in solitary confinement without contact with foreign nationals or unauthorized psychological treatment, ensuring their continued detention at Guantanamo Bay.
