We are working to support ongoing U.S. involvement in Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, to help provide life-saving vaccines to children in low-income countries. Our goal is to reduce preventable deaths, strengthen health systems, and improve global health security by ensuring sustainable access to immunizations worldwide.
