Posts - Bill - S 2928 H–1B and L–1 Visa Reform Act of 2025
senate 09/29/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to strengthen protections against fraud and abuse in the H-1B and L-1 visa programs by updating application requirements, enhancing employer accountability, and ensuring fair wages and working conditions for temporary foreign workers in the United States. Our goal is to promote transparency, prevent displacement of U.S. workers, and improve oversight and enforcement across these visa categories.
