We are working to ensure that call center jobs remain in the United States by requiring public disclosure of companies that move these jobs overseas and restricting their access to federal funding. Additionally, we want customers to know when they’re speaking with representatives located outside the U.S. or with AI, and to be able to request a human agent based in America.
