We aim to create Federal grant programs that help community colleges and minority-serving institutions provide free, high-quality infant and toddler child care to student parents, while also strengthening the early childhood care workforce. Our goal is to reduce barriers for student parents so more can graduate, and to build a diverse pipeline of skilled caregivers in communities that need them most.
