house 04/29/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to strengthen and support small and very small meat and poultry processing establishments by providing them with tailored resources, guidance, and funding to increase their capacity, safety, and resilience. Our goal is to make it easier for these local processors to comply with inspection requirements, expand their operations, and improve training opportunities in their communities.
