We are working to make sure that all federally recognized Tribes eligible for gaming, including the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama-Coushatta Tribes, are regulated consistently under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. This will remove overlapping rules and create a clearer, unified framework for Tribal gaming regulation.
