house 01/15/2025 - 119th Congress
We are introducing the Skills Investment Act of 2025 to transform education savings accounts into Coverdell Lifelong Learning Accounts, encouraging ongoing skill development and career education throughout life. This legislation aims to expand eligible uses for these accounts, allowing workers of all ages to fund a range of educational activities and skill-building programs while employers can receive tax credits for contributions to their employees' accounts. Our goal is to empower individuals to continually upgrade their skills in a rapidly changing job market.
