house 07/23/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to ensure that health insurance plans, including those for federal employees, veterans, and Medicare recipients, provide comprehensive coverage for fertility treatments whenever they cover obstetrical services. Our goal is to make fertility care more accessible and affordable by prohibiting extra cost-sharing and discrimination, and by requiring clear communication about these benefits.
