We are working to officially recognize Maria Corina Machado's courageous fight for democracy in Venezuela and to reaffirm our support for the Venezuelan people's right to free and fair elections. Through this resolution, we also call on the Maduro regime to respect election results, ensure Machado’s safety, and release political prisoners.
