house 07/15/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to establish a new Division on Community Safety within the Department of Health and Human Services to fund and support community-led, evidence-based approaches that improve public safety without relying on punitive criminal justice measures. Our goal is to reduce harm from the legal system and expand resources for communities disproportionately affected by incarceration and violence.
